In 2014 I stepped on stage for the 1st time at the NPC Natural Indiana and placed 2nd in a  class with several amazing physiques. 2nd place increased my drive to become better. Within the next several months from my first competition, I competed in a few other shows and won my class, in addition to an overall win. Being around so many amazing athletes who 

Almost 2 years now I have been a vegetarian. It almost seems taboo for a competive competitor to not consume meat, but this did not discourage me. In 2015 I stepped on stage at the Natural Ohio and presented a better phyisque in comparrison to the prior year and won my class. I am supported by my wife, Crystal,  who has been vegan for 4yrs, a NPC bikini competitor and my training partner.

Methods for fitness change all the time, but bodybuilding has remained my passion. Understanding the body and creatively catering to my clients needs has allowed me to successfully lead my clients to their personal fitness goals. I look forward to helping you reach yours!
